PANews 2月10日消息，DFINITY Foundation宣布与巴基斯坦政府签署谅解备忘录（MoU），将在Internet Computer网络上建立主权云基础设施、开发生成式AI应用以及构建安全的国家通信系统。
合作内容包括：
巴基斯坦子网（Pakistan Subnet）：一个主权、免疫于网络攻击的无服务器云，由节点网络创建，数据和计算资源均保留在巴基斯坦境内，旨在为AI构建和运行软件的未来做好准备。
Caffeine AI许可证：巴基斯坦将获得1500个初始许可证，支持政府、学术界、私营部门及初创企业通过自然语言与AI互动，在巴基斯坦子网上开发应用和服务，加速数字化进程。
国家消息服务（National Messenger Service）：开发基于主权Internet Computer基础设施的国家级通讯工具，采用验证数字身份技术，支持隐私保护及数字资产转移。
DFINITY在巴基斯坦（DFINITY in Pakistan）：DFINITY将在巴基斯坦设立分支机构，支持政府、学术界及开发者使用AI开发主权应用，并推广Internet Computer技术。
这一举措旨在帮助巴基斯坦实现数字主权，推动AI技术发展，并建立为AI时代设计的基础设施，确保安全性、可验证性及国家控制权。
