根据Farside数据，周四美国现货比特币ETF单日净流出约2.055亿美元，过去三天累计流出规模已扩大至9.348亿美元。今年以来，仅有两个交易日录得净流入。尽管如此，从7日维度来看，ETF整体资金仍维持约2.407亿美元的净流入，说明中期需求尚未完全逆转。
ETF资金流向通常被视为滞后指标，但在当前阶段，它对市场情绪的指示意义正在增强。比特币年初以来的涨幅已明显收敛，从前一日的8%回落至约4%。数据显示，比特币在过去24小时内维持在91,100美元附近震荡，此前一度跌破90,000美元关口，反弹动能受限。
链上期权平台Derive研究主管Sean Dawson指出，ETF资金外流更像是策略性仓位调整，而非需求突然消失。他认为，年初资本重新配置、比特币多次受阻于92,000美元关键阻力位，以及宏观不确定性上升，都是资金短期撤出的重要背景。
从链上结构看，供给压力同样限制了比特币的进一步上行。Glassnode分析显示，比特币此前冲高至94,000美元以上，进入主要买家的密集成本区间，约集中在92,100美元至117,400美元之间。随着这些投资者获得“解套”机会，市场面临持续的盈亏平衡抛压，短期内需要时间消化新增供应。
期权市场也释放出趋于谨慎的信号。短期看涨期权偏斜度重新转负，表明交易员对“1月初行情延续”的预期正在降温。市场更倾向于认为，比特币将在高位区间震荡整理。
从ETF赛道角度看，资金流出并不等同于趋势反转，但它清晰表明机构风险偏好正在降温。比特币若想重启上行，需要时间消化ETF与链上双重压力，同时重新站稳关键成本区间，才能为下一阶段行情积蓄动能。
