瑞典金融科技巨頭 Klarna 今日宣布推出自家美元穩定幣 KlarnaUSD，成為首家在 Tempo 區塊鏈上發幣的數位銀行。Tempo 是由 Stripe 與 Paradigm 合作打造的全新 L1，主打低成本、高性能與企業級合規架構。

Klarna 表示，KlarnaUSD 透過 Stripe 旗下的企業穩定幣發行工具 Open Issuance 推出，目前正在 Tempo 測試網上運行，主網預計在 2026 年正式上線。
團隊強調，目前僅探索穩定幣技術的內部用途，像是降低跨境支付成本，短期內不會導入其分期付款 (BNPL) 產品。
企業自建「新支付管道」，以太坊角色岌岌可危？
這起發行選擇 Tempo 而非以太坊的決定，迅速在加密社群間引發熱議。分析者普遍認為，以金融科技新創為主的企業，正採取繞過以太坊並打造自有鏈的路線，以滿足性能、合規與商家整合需求。
不難看出，Tempo 的戰略意義遠大於一條「中立」公鏈，Stripe 所打造的鏈上支付基礎設施，有能力串接數百萬商家與全球金流，在可控環境中最佳化收單、清算與跨境結算流程；反觀以太坊，在目標與受眾取向上本就有所不同。
當然，若此趨勢持續，以 Tempo 為首的企業鏈仍將蠶食以太坊在穩定幣與支付上的市場份額。

加密投資人則從另一面向切入，Waymont 共同創辦人 Jai Bhavnani 引用 Dragonfly 合夥人 Omar 的文章說道：「Tempo 若發行代幣，將可能成為繼以太坊以來史上最大的 ICO 事件。」
這將與過去所有像是 EOS 之類的 ICO 不同，因為 Tempo 確實有能力把事情做好。
Blockworks 共同創辦人 Yano 也認為發幣勢在必行，甚至在明年衝上市值前 20 名代幣：「這被視為加密貨幣領域取得 Stripe 股權的方式，再加上對穩定幣敘事純粹的押注。」

Klarna 選擇 Tempo 再度點燃加密社群的辯論之火，也引發市場遭蠶食的擔憂。
