REX-Osprey và Defiance nộp hồ sơ 21 quỹ ETF tiền điện tử

Ngày 3/10, REX-Osprey đã nộp bản cáo bạch cho 21 quỹ ETF tiền điện tử đơn tài sản, gồm AAVE, ADA, ATOM, ENA, trong đó có sản phẩm kèm tính năng staking. Cùng ngày, Defiance cũng nộp hồ sơ cho 6 quỹ ETF đòn bẩy 3x, chia đều giữa vị thế long và short Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana.

Các chuyên gia lưu ý mức 3x vượt quá quy định mới về ETP, song nhà phát hành dường như dùng quyền chọn để đạt được tỷ lệ này.

Động thái nộp hồ sơ diễn ra sau khi SEC thông qua tiêu chuẩn niêm yết chung cho ETP tiền điện tử vào tháng 9, giúp đơn giản hóa thủ tục. Tuy nhiên, việc xét duyệt hiện bị đình trệ do chính phủ Mỹ đóng cửa, khiến các hồ sơ “nằm chờ” đến khi SEC hoạt động trở lại.
