PANews reported on February 1st that according to official sources, the IoTeX network, which recently experienced Node instability due to a DoS attack, has now been restored. IoTeX L1 has completed the upgrade to version 2.1.2, which introduces a single-account rate limit to protect Nodes from DoS attacks.
This upgrade is not a hard fork, but IoTeX official still recommends Node operators and API gateways to synchronize network upgrades to improve the overall network stability.
