I wanted to share that I found interesting ways to try mobile mining. It turns out there are plenty of apps that allow you to mine crypto directly from your smartphone, and many of them offer free cloud mining for beginners.
The most popular ones are CryptoTab (one of the first apps of this kind), StormGain (user-friendly interface but requires a restart every 4 hours), NiceHash (good for calculating profitability), and Bitdeer (more for experienced users, with professional plans). Plus, there’s cloud mining from major exchanges — you can rent hash rate and receive rewards directly to your wallet.
Regarding the process itself — it’s easier on Android: install the app, create an account, enter your wallet address, and start mining. On iPhone, it’s more complicated due to Apple restrictions, but cloud apps work — you also need to select a plan and link your wallet.
Many people wonder which crypto is easiest to mine. Based on reviews, it’s Monero (XMR, currently around $323), Dogecoin (DOGE, approximately $0.09), Vertcoin and Ravencoin (RVN, about $0.01). Although Bitcoin (BTC is now $66.88K) — that’s classic, but mining it on a smartphone is almost impossible without cloud services.
Honestly — mining on a phone isn’t a cure-all. Competition is huge, you need to keep it on about 8 hours a day, and the earnings aren’t that big. But if you approach it wisely and try free cloud mining, you can see if it’s right for you. The main thing is not to rush and to learn everything before you start.
If you decide to try — choose trusted apps, enable two-factor authentication, and keep an eye on updates. Technology is evolving, and maybe soon mobile mining will become more efficient.
