RWA has become one of the hottest topics in the financial markets over the past two years. It refers to the tokenization of traditional assets in the real world (such as real estate, securities, and copyright of art) to achieve a one-to-one mapping between traditional assets and on-chain tokens. According to conservative estimates, there is a hidden market worth trillions behind this, and many sectors are expected to unleash exciting wealth creation prospects.

✨✨The so-called "While others build houses, I sell water," I believe that financial service providers, namely the brokers in the RWA sector, will become the next breakout point.

After going public, institutional investors and fund companies representing retail investors trade stocks. However, these aspects are still blank in the RWA track. Whether an asset is truly high-quality and meets the conditions for tokenization; whether tokens can be successfully sold after issuance; whether there is an institution that can concentrate purchases of RWA tokens on behalf of retail investors and perform asset allocation—each of these businesses presents a wealth of opportunities.

Regulation has shifted from suppression to encouraging compliance: In the past two years, there has been a trend of loosening regulations on token issuance, with Hong Kong even issuing stablecoin licenses. The world's second-largest exchange, Nasdaq, has also actively taken steps, officially submitting an application to the SEC to embrace tokenized stocks. A compliant financial service provider is exactly what is urgently needed for RWA at present.

2. Compliance will become the biggest challenge in the industry.
For financial brokers in the RWA industry, compliance is the primary prerequisite. As they hold traditional assets in one hand and the tokenization keys and huge retail traffic in the other, how to effectively utilize the power and resources at their disposal to bring real quality assets onto the chain and recommend them to investors is an important topic. At the same time, the varying laws and regulations regarding RWA and cryptocurrencies in different countries and regions also increase the difficulty of compliance.
