Apple is testing the AI robot "Pixar Lamp," which may be launched in 2027.
Apple is said to be testing robot devices and smart screens integrated with AI, according to Bloomberg.
One of the most anticipated prototypes, expected to launch in 2027, is a screen mounted on a robotic arm with flexible rotation capabilities, internally referred to as the "Pixar Lamp." This device aims to become an intelligent personal assistant that can track users during video calls and respond contextually.
Additionally, Apple is also researching a home screen for automation, video calling, and upgraded Siri, expected to debut in 2026.
However, these devices are still in the conceptual stage and may never be released. Apple has not yet made an official comment on the development of the robots.
