On April 2nd, HyperEVM experienced a system failure, and users and monitoring tools detected network anomalies, preventing normal interactions. Although the official status page showed all systems normal, it did not reflect the issues with HyperEVM, and related discussions quickly increased on the X platform.

BlockBeats message, April 2, HyperEVM experienced a major system outage. Many users and monitoring tools detected abnormal network activity and were unable to interact normally.

The Hyperliquid official status page currently shows “All Systems Operational,” but this typically only covers the core L1 and API, and may not reflect problems at the HyperEVM layer in real time (HyperEVM is its EVM-compatible smart contract environment on top of that, with the mainnet going live in early March 2026).

At the moment, relevant discussions on the X platform are increasing rapidly, and some users report issues with transactions, contract interactions, browsers, and more.
