“Rent Collector King” Lun family plans to sell all of Mosheng Holdings (00022) . Mosheng announced that Winland Wealth (BVI) Limited, which is indirectly wholly owned by executive director and chairman of the board of directors Lun Yiu-kee, plans to place all the shares it holds, involving up to 1.33 billion shares, at a price of 0.17 per share, representing a discount of 38.2% compared with Mosheng’s closing price of 0.275 per share on Wednesday, raising cash of up to HK$230 million.

The placing will be completed no later than April 14. After completion, Winland Wealth will no longer hold any shares in the Company, and will therefore no longer be a controlling shareholder of the Company.
