Sina Technology, March 30 at midday: from the evening of March 29 to the early hours of March 30, DeepSeek suffered an unexpected large-scale service outage. On the web and in the app, pages repeatedly showed reminders such as “The server is busy” and “Please check your network and try again,” resulting in users being unable to log in, conversations being interrupted, and content being lost. “DeepSeek is down” quickly climbed to the top of the trending search list.

Sina Technology’s hands-on test found that, currently, the DeepSeek web version and app have already returned to normal, and users can hold conversations normally. However, as for the specific cause of this outage, DeepSeek’s official side has not yet announced it to the public.
