People’s Finance News, March 30 — China Eastern Airlines (600115) disclosed its annual report on March 30. In 2025, it achieved operating revenue of RMB 139.941 billion, up 5.92%; and attributable net profit of -RMB 1.633 billion. In 2025, the airline completed full-year safe flight operations of 2.7462 million flight hours and 1.0504 million departures, increasing by 5.12% and 2.05% year over year, respectively. It completed transport turnover of 27.981 billion ton-kilometers and passenger transport volume of 150 million passenger trips, up 10.82% and 6.67% year over year, respectively. Operating revenue was RMB 139.941 billion, up 5.92%; total profit was RMB 274 million, turning loss into profit. On the same day, the company announced that it would repurchase shares using centralized bidding transactions with funds of RMB 500 million to RMB 1 billion, and the repurchase price would not exceed RMB 5 per share. The repurchased shares will be used to reduce the company’s registered capital.
