Sina Technology, April 1 — Late in the evening, news reports said that this afternoon, many users reported that while using NetEase Cloud Music normally, they were forcibly logged out. After logging back in, a system prompt appeared: “Your account has been banned for 7 days due to alleged violations.” After that, the “NetEase Cloud Music account ban” topic quickly sparked discussion and climbed to the top of the trending charts.

In response, the official NetEase Cloud Music statement said: “A system fault occurred for a short period. It has now been urgently fixed.”
