Donghua News | China National Chemical Engineering Donghua Company Holds Talks and Exchanges with Zaruote Banner, Tongliao City

On March 23, China Chemical Engineering Donghua Company held a symposium and exchange with the Zhaluteqi County of Tongliao City. Li Lixin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Donghua Company, and Shao Yanjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhaluteqi, attended the meeting. The two sides held in-depth discussions on accelerating the construction of the Lubei Chemical Industry Park and deepening industrial cooperation across multiple areas, including advanced coal chemical industry, new materials, and new energy. Meng Chenzhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, and Ye Ping, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President; Batou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and County Governor of Zhaluteqi, and Yu Haibao, Deputy County Governor, attended the symposium.

Li Lixin expressed a warm welcome to Shao Yanjun and his delegation for their visit, and briefly introduced Donghua Company’s development direction during the “15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030)” period, its industrial layout, as well as its technological advantages in areas such as advanced coal chemical industry. He said that Zhaluteqi has excellent resource endowments and a solid industrial foundation. Donghua Company attaches great importance to cooperation with Zhaluteqi, and hopes that, building on the good cooperation in the early stage, both sides will further broaden the areas of cooperation, improve the level of cooperation, and work together to create a new benchmark for central-government–local-government cooperation.

Shao Yanjun thanked Donghua Company for its long-term support for the economic and social development of Zhaluteqi, and introduced Zhaluteqi’s overall development plan, progress in the construction of industrial parks, and other related matters. He said that the Lubei Chemical Industry Park is an important carrier for industrial development in Zhaluteqi, and Zhaluteqi is fully committed to advancing the green and low-carbon transformation of the park, striving to build a high-quality industrial park. He hoped that the two sides will deepen practical cooperation, refine cooperation measures, focus on coordinated efforts in key areas, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Leaders from the Zhaluteqi Development and Reform Commission, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Regional Cooperation Service Center, and the Zhaluteqi Energy Investment and Development Group; and relevant officials from Donghua Company, including the Development Planning Department, the Strategic Emerging Industries Management Department, the Inner Mongolia New Materials Company, and the Green Energy and Chemical Center, attended the meeting.
