Sina Technology News, April 1 (evening report). This afternoon, large numbers of users reported that while using NetEase Cloud Music normally, they were forcibly logged out. After logging back in, a system prompt appeared: “Your account has been banned for 7 days due to suspected violations.” Afterwards, the “NetEase Cloud Music ban” topic quickly sparked discussion and reached the trending searches.

In response, NetEase Cloud Music’s official statement said: “A system issue occurred for a short period of time, and we have already urgently fixed it.”
