The land transfer area was 14,372.09 sqm, with a planned construction area of 43,116.27 sqm, a floor area ratio of 3.0, an initial price of 466 million yuan, and an initial floor price of 10,800 yuan/sqm. The plot attracted bids from six real estate companies, and ultimately, Bangtai won with a total price of 600 million yuan, a premium rate of 28.85%.
