Recently, Shanghai’s first theater-style commercial complex, NovaArk (Nova City), opened a trial operation in Meilong Town, Minhang District. Covering 60,000 square meters, this immersive entertainment landmark, with 32 professional NPCs and 20 storyline lines, is creating a brand-new experience of “shopping is like acting.” It is expected to become a new highlight of integrated development across culture, commerce, tourism, and sports in Minhang District. It is understood that Nova City is located at No. 1789, Hongmei South Road, Lane 1–10, Meilong Town, Minhang District, with a total site area of over 60,000 square meters. Of this, the commercial core area is more than 20,000 square meters. It is Shanghai’s first theater-style commercial complex positioned around “low entry barriers and high-level immersion.” (Thepaper News)
