Recently, Industrial Bank of Central China officially launched version 7.0 of its mobile banking through an innovative format featuring the XR virtual studio and digital host主播. As a provincial legal entity bank in Henan, Industrial Bank of Central China, building on mobile banking 6.0’s “simple, smart, and secure,” and relying on large-model and digital technologies, is advancing retail financial services to a deeper level of “full lifecycle intelligent companionship,” making services more inclusive, more convenient, and more warm.

Mobile banking, intelligent drives end-to-end companionship. The new version of mobile banking takes “unbounded inclusiveness, intelligent enablement, scenario integration, and secure protection” as its core philosophy, and promotes a transformation of microservices across all channels, enabling cross-device coordination, with a HarmonyOS feature adaptation rate exceeding 95%. Relying on AI large-model technology, intelligent customer service has been optimized in key capabilities such as intent recognition, intelligent navigation, and remote assistance, improving the efficiency of online service. By building an all-channel user center and strategy canvas capabilities, it forms an intelligent companionship services system covering before, during, and after events. Meanwhile, a big-data risk-control system supports flexible combination of 20 identity-verification methods, enhancing transaction convenience while ensuring security.

Wealth management, open ecosystem covering the entire lifecycle. In the field of wealth management, Industrial Bank of Central China is committed to building an open wealth ecosystem, with more than 90% of wealth products supporting direct purchase using cards from other banks. The upgraded “Wealth Cash Treasure” achieves integration of wealth management and payments. It also adds online wealth inheritance system, commercial pension, and fund intelligent investment advisory services, covering all scenarios such as idle funds management, asset appreciation, retirement planning, and family inheritance, forming a professional and convenient wealth management closed loop.

Consumer finance, multi-product collaboration to improve service efficiency. The consumer finance segment deeply integrates five product lines: mortgage loans, perpetual loans, auto loans, credit loans, and credit cards. It innovatively launches the “card-loan linkage” service model, enabling once-only operation, dual benefits, and one-stop processing, significantly improving loan-disbursement efficiency. At the same time, it introduces multiple benefit offerings for new customers, such as preferential new-customer interest rates, renewal loans with interest-free terms, incentives for bringing in new customers, as well as multi-benefit options like full-reduction promotions for credit cards and point-based consumption, supporting residents’ consumption upgrades with efficient services and tangible concessions.

County-level finance, comprehensively promoting high-quality development of rural revitalization financial business. Centering on the national strategy of rural comprehensive revitalization, it drives rural revitalization with industrial revitalization, leads with industrial finance, and focuses on the grain ecosystem as the core, using county characteristic industries as a supplement.
