Gold stocks strengthened, with Zijin Mining Group rising more than 6%. On March 30, spot gold opened with a plunge and once dropped to 4417.665 USD per ounce. The latest news shows that U.S. President Trump said that Iran has agreed to “most” of the contents in the “15-point plan” for a ceasefire. It is worth noting that the war actions launched by the U.S. and Israel against Iran have continued for more than a month so far. Previous reports indicated that Yemen’s Houthi forces had joined the fray and carried out two rounds of attacks on Israel. Other reports said that the Pentagon is preparing for a ground operation against Iran lasting for several weeks.

Aviation stocks weakened, with Air China falling more than 2%. Data from the International Air Transport Association shows that from the 14th to the 20th, the average aviation fuel price in the Asia-Pacific region was 204.95 USD per barrel, up 16.6% from the previous week and up 129.8% compared with the average price for last month. It has been reported that the pace and magnitude of the rise in jet fuel prices far exceeded the global oil price benchmark, Brent crude. Last Thursday, the settlement price of Brent crude was 108.65 USD per barrel, up about 50% since the outbreak of the Middle East conflict.
