Opinion Network News: On April 1, the Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning released the “Huzhou City Central Urban Area 2026 Annual Plan for Supply of State-Owned Construction Land,” which clarifies that in 2026, the city’s central urban area plans to supply 17 residential land parcels, with a total parcel area of 57.54 hectares.

According to the introduction, the total planned supply of state-owned construction land in Huzhou’s central urban area for 2026 is 604.47 hectares, a year-on-year decrease of 12.9%; among them, residential land shows a year-on-year decrease of 44.8%.

The information shows that this residential land supply involves 6 parcels in Nanhu District, 6 parcels in Xiuzhou District, and 5 parcels in the Economic Development Zone. The planned supply area for each of the three districts is under 20 hectares; 2 parcels in Xiuzhou District have already completed the listing, and the transfer is expected to be held on April 29.
