China Academy of Information and Communications Technology released an analysis report on the operation of the domestic mobile phone market for February 2026. In February 2026, domestic market mobile phone shipments were 16.789 million units, down 14.6% year over year. Of those, 5G phone shipments were 15.931 million units, down 11.4% year over year, accounting for 94.9% of mobile phone shipments in the same period.
