ME News message, March 31 (UTC+8). Today (March 31), Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued an announcement stating that at dawn that day, the IRGC Navy launched the 88th round of the “Real Promise 4” operation, striking multiple U.S. and Israeli targets in the Persian Gulf and surrounding areas with heavy blows. The announcement said that the IRGC Navy used ballistic missiles in the central waters of the Persian Gulf to hit an Israeli cargo container ship. In a subsequent series of coordinated strikes, a Marine Corps bunker along the U.S. forces’ coast in the UAE, the anti-drone systems deployed by the U.S. Fifth Fleet around Manama Airport in Bahrain, and two advanced early-warning radars located at the U.S. base in Kuwait were all subjected to precise, devastating drone attacks. The announcement emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz is currently under complete and strict control by Iran, and any hostile provocation will face missile and drone retaliation. (Source: ODAILY)
