On March 25, the liquid-cooled server concept rose. As of the time of this release, component stocks Huanhuan New Network (300383.SZ) hit the daily limit, while Kangsheng Shares (002418.SZ), Zhen Shi Tong (002771.SZ), Litong Electronics (603629.SH), Jiangshun Technology (001400.SZ), Luxshare Precision (002475.SZ), and Sangyang Shares (002580.SZ) also hit the daily limit. Ou Luitong (300870.SZ), FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies (002281.SZ), Tenglong Shares (603158.SH), and others also followed suit.

In terms of the news, recently, Hanke Lengxin (Shanghai) Power Technology Co., Ltd. has completed a Pre-A round financing of several tens of millions of yuan. The round was led by Gezhi Capital. Liquid-cooling technology innovation company Feirongda, the Tsinghua alumni fund from Mu Shui Qinghua, and Huagong Venture Investment jointly invested, with deep incubation for continuing investment by shareholder Zhongke Chuangxing. The financing funds will be used to accelerate the expansion of liquid-cooling applications for high-performance micro pumps in fields such as AIDC (artificial intelligence data centers), embodied robots, and commercial aerospace.

Additionally, according to reports, a team sent by U.S. tech giant Google recently came to inspect a product in mainland China that is quite important to the development of U.S. artificial intelligence technology—namely liquid-cooling equipment used for data center server cooling. This round of discussions highlights that the global AI data center infrastructure construction boom not only leads to tight supplies of high-end chips, but also leaves low value-added equipment in short supply; at the same time, it also shows that despite worsening tensions between China and the U.S., the position of Chinese suppliers in global data center construction is continuously improving.

A JPMorgan Chase report shows that driven by demand for custom AI chips deployed by NVIDIA and cloud service providers, the global market size for AI server liquid-cooling systems in 2026 is expected to surge from last year’s $8.9 billion to more than $17 billion.

Moreover, since March, institutional investor survey data shows that heavy electrical equipment leader Great Jin Heavy Industry has attracted as many as 181 institutional investors, including 36 fund companies, making it one of the most watched companies by institutions in the recent period. Power utility leader China Southern Power Grid Energy Storage and industrial machinery company Valud respectively ranked next with 83 and 71 institutional survey totals. The number of funds participating is 17 and 20, respectively.
