Fantasia's 2025 revenue reaches 4.925 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%
News came late on March 27: Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Fantasia”) released its annual performance announcement for the year ended December 31, 2025.
According to the announcement, in 2025, Fantasia’s revenue was approximately RMB 4.925 billion, up about 7.7% from the previous year. The loss attributable to owners of the company was approximately RMB 9.186 billion. The land reserves—constructed and under-construction/in waiting for construction projects—totaled a gross floor area of approximately 6.8759 million square meters. During the period, administrative expenses were approximately RMB 488 million, down about 11% year over year.
An insider at Fantasia said that in 2025, the company’s revenue growth was mainly driven by an increase in property delivery volumes. Revenue from property development increased 18.6% year over year to approximately RMB 1.889 billion. At the same time, despite market headwinds, revenue from property operation and services continued to grow 3.3% to RMB 2.791 billion. During the real estate market adjustment period, property management services demonstrated strong anti-cyclical capabilities and business resilience thanks to their stable cash flows and ongoing demand. Faced with market challenges, the company continued to roll out cost control measures; administrative expenses further declined, reflecting the effectiveness of refined management.
