Recently, Wang Luitong, the Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia, and his delegation visited the Indonesia Alumina Project Department of Chalco International Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chalco International”) for an investigation. They conducted on-site inspections of port logistics, alumina production, and other related areas, and gained a detailed understanding of the specific measures during project construction and production and operations. The investigation was accompanied by the Chief Representative of Chalco International’s Indonesia Representative Office, the Deputy General Manager of the Indonesia Alumina Project Department, and the Chairman of the owner’s company, PT. Wang Luitong spoke highly of the construction and operational achievements of Chalco International’s Indonesia alumina project. He noted that the project is a national key project of Indonesia. As the project general contractor, Chalco International has not only brought advanced industrial technology and management experience to local Indonesia, but also helped develop local industries, create jobs, and increase tax revenues, adding new momentum to practical cooperation between China and Indonesia.
