Walmart names former U.S. Attorney as chief legal officer

Walmart has appointed Erin Nealy Cox, formerly a U.S. Attorney, as its new chief legal officer and corporate secretary. Cox joins Walmart from Kirkland & Ellis, where she was a partner since 2021. This move is part of the retail giant’s executive leadership.
