People’s Finance News, March 31: Rongjie Co., Ltd. (002192) announced on March 31 that the company has recently carried out a compliance self-audit of its fulfillment of tax obligations. Based on the self-audit results, it was confirmed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ganzi Rongda Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., needs to make up corporate income tax and late fees for the years 2020 through 2024 totaling RMB 45.504 million. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the above-mentioned corporate income tax has been fully paid. This additional payment does not involve any tax administrative penalties.
