Viewpoint Network News: On April 1, the Jiaxing Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau released the “Jiaxing Urban Area 2026 Annual State-Owned Construction Land Supply Plan,” clarifying that in 2026 the urban area plans to supply 17 residential land parcels, with a total parcel area of 57.54 hectares.

According to the introduction, the total planned supply of state-owned construction land in Jiaxing’s urban area for 2026 is 604.47 hectares, a year-on-year decrease of 12.9%; among them, residential land decreases by 44.8% year-on-year.

The information shows that this residential land supply involves 6 parcels in Nanhu District, 6 parcels in Xiuzhou District, and 5 parcels in the Economic Development Zone. The planned supply area for each of the three districts is all under 20 hectares; Xiuzhou District already has 2 land parcels that have completed listing, and the sale is expected on April 29.
