Laisai Laser (920363) has repurchased 210,000 shares, accounting for 0.22% of the company's total share capital.
On April 1, LaserAce Laser Technology Co., Ltd. released an announcement stating that, as of March 31, 2026, all repurchase-dedicated securities accounts under the company’s name had cumulatively repurchased 210,000 shares of the company, accounting for 0.22% of the company’s total share capital. The highest repurchase price was 18.16 yuan per share and the lowest was 15.45 yuan per share. The total amount paid cumulatively was 3.42 million yuan.
In the announcement, LaserAce Laser stated that the company plans to repurchase a total amount of not less than 7.5 million yuan and not more than 15 million yuan. At the same time, based on the planned repurchase amount and the upper limit of the repurchase price, the company expects the number of repurchased shares to fall in the range of 250,000 to 500,000 shares, accounting for 0.26% to 0.52% of the company’s current total share capital.
Securities Times Finance learned that LaserAce Laser focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of products in the fields of laser measurement and intelligent positioning. It is an overall solution provider for laser measurement and intelligent positioning application areas. After more than 20 years of deep cultivation, the company has grown into a manufacturer of products such as laser emission, laser reception, laser distance measurement, distance sensing and control, and levelness and angle sensing and control. The company is mainly responsible for drafting two domestic industry standards: the laser leveler (JB/T 11666-2013) and the laser line marker (JB/T 11665-2013).
The company has already owned multiple series of products such as architectural laser positioning, engineering laser intelligent positioning, laser measurement and sensing, and others. It can provide real-time measurement data for construction sites (such as high-precision levelness, verticality, slope surface degree, distance, angle, etc.), and is widely used in areas including construction decoration measurement, engineering road construction, precision agriculture, pipeline mine tunnel construction, installation of industrial equipment, long-distance obstacle avoidance, and remote target positioning. At present, the company’s products are sold to multiple countries and regions worldwide, including Europe, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia, etc. Meanwhile, it has achieved coverage of sales networks across 31 provinces, municipalities directly under the central government, autonomous regions, and most municipal-level cities in China. In addition, the company focuses on the mid-to-high-end market and has the “LaserAce” independent brand. At present, China’s intelligent manufacturing has initially formed an industrial ecosystem represented by automated production lines, intelligent inspection and assembly equipment, intelligent control systems, and industrial robots, among others, with the industry scale growing day by day. In the future, driven by emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence, China’s intelligent manufacturing industry will still maintain relatively rapid growth. At present, the company’s architectural laser positioning, engineering laser intelligent positioning, laser measurement and sensing, and other series of products have been widely applied to construction stages of architectural engineering measurement, leveling, alignment, setting out, and so on. Meanwhile, the company’s flagship model of level instruments is gradually upgraded toward electronically adjustable leveling and intelligent adaptation to construction environments; the use scenarios have been expanded to ideal reference emitting devices for intelligent laser measurement equipment, and are widely matched with fields such as precision agriculture and intelligent control of engineering machinery.
In terms of performance, in the first three quarters of 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of 139 million yuan, up 25.05% year-on-year; net profit was 4.37 million yuan, down 440.78% year-on-year.
