I. Trade Recap
1、Today opened higher as expected in the pre-market, and the early session opened too high—up over 4000+. At that point, there basically wasn’t much room left for further strengthening, so it was really hard for us to buy tickets today. In the early session, infrastructure and high-speed rail core both opened with a one-word limit-up, but after just a few minutes from the open, the corresponding sectors didn’t show strength. In the end, the funds chose to take profits; the one-word limit-ups basically all got smashed open. This is also a snapshot of today’s market: in the early session there were 7 one-word limit-ups; by the close, only one hadn’t opened, and only one opened then re-closed to the limit—while all the other limit-up stocks ended up losing money intraday. DeMingLi, BeiFang International, ZhongGong International, and ShenZhou High-Speed Rail even saw pullbacks of more than 10 points. This shows the capital doesn’t look favorably on the market’s continuous strength; overall sentiment is still on the cautious side. DaYing also anticipated the risk of the high open this morning: today, if you don’t go all in, you shouldn’t have been hurt (unfortunately, while others really are going up, we went up a bit more than one point, and buying tickets would likely still end in losses).
II. Market Recap
Today, 4,495 stocks rose and 887 fell. Trading volume was 2.02 trillion, about 10 billion more than yesterday. The indices saw heavy volume with a strong gap up in the early session. CPO, computing power, and storage chip stocks all gapped up sharply; then they surged and shook, before falling back; in the afternoon they made a small pullback. After innovation drugs gapped up slightly, they oscillated lower. Once tech pulled back, the market started a major assault and it became the strongest direction intraday. Meanwhile, strong players in recent days like optical communications were rather ordinary, and the power sector continued adjusting.
Throughout the day, 56 stocks hit limit-up (yesterday 53), the board hit rate was 60% (yesterday 76%), and there were 45 first-limit-up stocks (45). There were 6 stocks that hit limit-down (yesterday 1).
In sectors, biopharma had 11 limit-ups, computing power had 8, AI hardware had 7, lithium batteries had 3, robotics had 2, and games had 2. Judging from the limit-up performance, the market’s long-side strength is relatively scattered, not concentrated, and the follow-through has been poor. Biopharma has been strong for several consecutive days, so it can continue to be observed. Today, the high-level limit-ups were weak overall, mostly low-position oversold rebounds.

III. Market Analysis
Index Today saw broad-based gains and it filled the gap at 3,955.71. Tomorrow is the second-to-last trading day before the holiday. In terms of sentiment, it’s a divergence day. If the index continues to open higher tomorrow, it’s still easy to pull back—you can consider selling first. If the index opens lower, there’s no need to panic. There isn’t big upside or downside risk here; the market is leaning toward consolidation. Overall, tomorrow looks like the rhythm of consolidation and a pullback. High-position stocks today didn’t perform well. The market as a whole shifted into an oversold style, which indicates that risk appetite is declining. If new themes show up and new developments emerge, then do new things.
For commercial aerospace, ShenJian Shares had a relatively mild break of the board today. Tomorrow still calls for continued adjustment expectations. After ReSheng Technology makes new highs, it will also face adjustment. After that, watch whether two of these can stabilize. If they can, you may try low-position momentum trading/arb, but the arbitrage space isn’t big.
For biopharma, after a divergence today, there was a rebound back into the sector intraday. There were many with high opens in the morning, but later there wasn’t enough expectation. The favorable drug news plays into biopharma’s defensive and oversold-rebound characteristics. Tomorrow TianQin Pharmacy’s is expected to open with a one-word limit-up. If it matches expectations, there will be divergence the next day; if it doesn’t match expectations, there will be divergence intraday. So tomorrow, biopharma is highly likely to be a divergence-expectation day—and it’s not suitable to participate.
For the computing power leasing direction, MeiLi Yun and Ao Rui De both continued oscillating upward, but the money-making effect hasn’t been sustained—especially for the sector; it’s basically still an individual-stock market. Other themes are similar too. That’s also the current feature: you can’t get the strongest leaders—if you can’t buy the top two, you’re basically missing out. Today the market is strong in the oversold direction, but the market is still holding a “group bet”; it’s just that where the group is positioned is getting lower. This also suggests the group bet is gradually nearing its end. When the group bet breaks down, if something new appears, you can actively try.

V. Summary
Tomorrow’s index is expected to trade sideways and pull back, with sentiment divergence expected. The market rotates its group bets: high-position stocks start to weaken; oversold rebounds are strong—indicating that risk preference from capital is decreasing. The market is trying new things. If a new sector starts to ferment and strengthens, you can actively try. There are still 2 trading days before the holiday—make the best of it and call it a day when you’re in the green.
In the market’s current stage of games with limited supply, whatever you do, persistence will keep decreasing and it’s easy to turn into pure rotation. Improve your aesthetic standards: rather than make mistakes, it’s better to miss. I wish everyone keeps making money tomorrow.
Small Shu / DaYing Trading Philosophy:
1、Act according to the trend, and ride the momentum!
2、Pre-judge in advance, then follow decisively!
3、Find the strongest—only trade the strongest!
4、Admit mistakes proactively and cut losses on time!
5、Refuse to compare, and stay with stable profits!
Short-term trading is like walking on a tightrope: dazzling on the surface, but full of hidden danger. It amplifies the market’s instantaneous swings and easily traps investors in a vicious cycle of chasing highs and selling lows. Greed and panic can obscure rational judgment. Short-term trading discipline must be kept in mind at all times: first, strictly cut losses—set the maximum loss limit for each trade, and once it’s hit, exit decisively without any lucky thoughts; second, act according to the trend—only trade when the trend is clearly defined, do not trade against the trend, and do not guess the market’s top or bottom; third, control position size—based on market conditions and your own risk tolerance, allocate funds reasonably to avoid going heavy or going full; fourth, refuse frequent trading—don’t be tempted by the market’s short-term fluctuations, and patiently wait for the best trading moment; fifth, stay calm and rational—don’t let emotions drive you. Whether you’re profitable or losing, keep a balanced mindset and follow your trading plan. Remember: the market’s short-term trajectory is full of uncertainty, but for prepared people, that is precisely where opportunity lies—not a gambling behavior. Steady execution and flexible adaptation are my magic tools for winning in short-term trading, and also the solid foundation for me to keep moving forward.
