CSI 500 ETF Huaxia (512500) pulls back and consolidates with oscillation, allowing for phased accumulation during the oscillation window.
As of today 11:06, the SSE 500 ETF Xia (512500) opened slightly higher in the morning and then moved down in a period of fluctuation. Its latest price is reported at 4.283 yuan, down 1.063%. In terms of holdings, the ETF’s tracked SSE 500 Index constituent stocks have been rotating actively, with some constituent stocks strengthening against the trend. Kailaiying and China Railway Construction Industry reached their daily price limits. The broad-based and diversified advantages have been fully demonstrated. In terms of liquidity, the ETF’s trading value has already reached 181 million yuan, with a turnover rate of 1.29%, and trading activity in the exchange remains steady. Judging from the intraday trend, after a morning push up to 4.351 yuan, it then fluctuated and declined; it has now broken below the moving average. In terms of strategy, it is recommended to pay attention to the sustained alignment between volume and price. The logic of the SSE 500’s mid- and small-cap growth remains unchanged. Investors can take advantage of the fluctuation window to buy in batches and accumulate shares.
Dongwu Securities said that ETF fund flow data shows that last week, fund sizes increased more for ETFs tracking the SSE Composite Index, as well as low-volatility dividend ETFs, indicating that recent capital has been leaning toward relatively steady broad-based indexes or the dividend factor style. Meanwhile, fund sizes fell more for ETFs such as those focused on chemicals and nonferrous metals, suggesting that the resources-sector direction has faced some pressure recently. Going forward, the market may be in a short-term volatile trading environment. Therefore, from the perspective of fund allocation, it is recommended to allocate in a balanced manner with ETFs.
The SSE 500 ETF Xia (512500) tightly tracks the SSE 500 Index. With low fees and a small tracking error, it provides a one-click way to invest in 500 high-quality A-share mid-cap enterprises, efficiently diversify risk, and capture growth dividend opportunities from mid- and small-cap stocks.
Under the backdrop of economic structural upgrading and innovation-driven industrial development, there is clear room for valuation repair among mid- and small-cap stocks. The SSE 500 ETF Xia (512500) helps investors share the dividends from economic growth and is a core allocation tool for building exposure to the average returns of China’s A-share market.
