CIFI Holdings undergoes major personnel restructuring: Rú Hǎilín and Gě Míng resign, Zhōu Chángliàng and Lǐ Yáng appointed as new Executive Directors

Country Garden Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. recently issued an announcement stating that, effective April 1, 2026, the company’s board of directors will undergo a series of important personnel changes. The changes involve multiple senior management personnel and are intended to further optimize the company’s governance structure and support continued business development.

According to the announcement, the former executive director, company chief administrative officer, and authorized representative, Ru Hailin, has decided to step down from his current positions due to personal matters arrangements. At the same time, executive director Ge Ming has also chosen to leave the board of directors for personal career-planning reasons. The company said that during their tenures, the two executives made positive contributions to the company’s development, and there are no disagreements with the board of directors regarding the resignations, nor any other matters that require special attention.

With respect to the personnel appointments, Zhou Changliang has been appointed as the new executive director, chief administrative officer, and authorized representative. At age 46, Zhou Changliang has been with Country Garden Group since January 2021 and has served as executive vice president. He has extensive industry experience and management capabilities. Under the service contract signed with the company, he will be appointed for a term of three years, with an annual basic salary of RMB 227.6 million, and will also be eligible for discretionary bonus payments.

Another important appointment is that Li Yang will serve as an executive director. Li Yang is 47 years old and has been with Country Garden Group since October 2012. He currently serves as vice president and general manager of the Operations Center. He has a deep accumulation in the company’s operations and management, and this promotion will further leverage his professional strengths. Li Yang’s service contract is also for a term of three years, with an annual basic salary of RMB 169.04 million, and discretionary bonus payments. As of the date of the announcement, Li Yang holds approximately 1.7476 million shares of the company’s equity interests.

To ensure continuity and stability in the company’s strategy, after resigning, Ru Hailin and Ge Ming will immediately be reassigned to serve as advisers to the company, continuing to provide strategic support for the group’s development. This arrangement reflects the company’s recognition of the two executives’ contributions in the past, and also highlights Country Garden Group’s careful consideration regarding management transitions.
