Gelonghui March 30丨MeiGe Intelligent (03268.HK) released its 2025 annual results. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Group achieved operating revenue of RMB 3.747 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27.39%. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Group’s net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was RMB 143 million, a year-on-year increase of 5.27%. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.54. The board of directors recommends that the company’s 2025 profit distribution proposal be: cash dividend of RMB 1.00 per every 10 shares (including tax). The 2025 profit distribution plan is subject to approval by the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders.
