Kingsoft Cloud has recently seen major executive personnel changes alongside strong financial news. The company’s board of directors officially announced that Vice Chairman Zou Tao will take over as Chairman, and will also serve as the Chair of the Board’s Nomination Committee. At the same time, Qu Heng has been appointed as a non-executive director and has joined the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee. This personnel adjustment is due to the resignation of the former Chairman, Lei Jun, following changes to his work assignments; his resignation takes effect from the date the announcement is released, and thereafter he will no longer hold any board position at the company.

Financial data shows that Kingsoft Cloud delivered an impressive performance in its latest quarter. During the reporting period, it achieved operating revenue of RMB 2.76 billion, up 23.7% year over year, setting a record high. Among them, its intelligent computing cloud business became the core growth driver; this segment’s billed revenue reached RMB 930 million, up 95% year over year, and its share of revenue from the public cloud business increased to 49%. By continuously optimizing its product matrix and technical services, the company has demonstrated strong momentum in competition within the cloud computing market.
