（5）Has relatively strong research capabilities, with fixed research institutions and dedicated researchers, and is able to promptly, regularly, and comprehensively provide the private account with research reports and attentive information services on macroeconomic conditions, industry developments, market trends, stock analysis.

2. Procedures for selecting a securities firm

After conducting an assessment based on the above standards, the fund manager determines the selection of the securities business institution. The fund manager and the selected securities business institution sign a trading unit rental agreement and a securities research services agreement.
