Blue Whale News, March 27 — Recently, the People's Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch issued a penalty notice targeting the Harbin Branch of China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd.The penalty notice shows that the main violations by the Harbin Branch of China Minsheng Bank include: violating financial statistical regulations, violating account management rules, violating anti-counterfeit currency business management regulations, violating RMB circulation management regulations, and failing to conduct customer due diligence as required.In response to these violations, the People's Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch issued a warning and fined 666,500 yuan.

The penalty notice shows that the main illegal and noncompliant acts of the Harbin Branch of China Minsheng Bank include: violating regulations related to financial statistics, violating regulations on account management, violating regulations on counterfeit RMB currency business management, violating regulations on RMB circulation management, and failing to conduct customer due diligence as required.

In response to the above illegal and noncompliant acts, the Heilongjiang Branch of the People’s Bank of China issued a warning and imposed a fine of 666,500 yuan (RMB).
