On March 30, GF Securities released its 2025 performance report. GF Securities holds a 22.65% equity stake in E Fund Management. As of the end of 2025, E Fund Management had total assets of RMB 32.121 billion, net assets of RMB 21.162 billion, operating revenue of RMB 12.396 billion, and net profit of RMB 3.806 billion.

E Fund Management maintains leading research and investment capabilities. As of the end of December 2025, in terms of the publicly offered fund management scale after excluding money market funds, E Fund Management ranked No. 1 in the industry.

The announcement also states that E Fund Management is one of the investment managers for the National Social Security Fund and the basic pension insurance fund. It also provides asset management services to insurance companies, finance companies, corporate annuity schemes, other institutional investors, and retail investors at large. In addition, E Fund Management may raise funds within China to invest in overseas capital markets through QDII. It can also invest overseas-raised funds into China’s domestic capital markets in QFII and RQFII modes through its wholly owned subsidiary, E Fund Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. During the reporting period, E Fund Management strictly complied with various policy and regulatory requirements, closely aligned with the main line of high-quality development in the publicly offered fund industry, and continuously enhanced its ability to serve the real economy and national strategies, support the reform and development of capital markets, and meet residents’ wealth management needs. It is committed to building a world-class investment institution, and to serving high-quality economic and social development through its own high-quality development. As of December 2025, the total scale of publicly offered funds managed by E Fund Management amounted to RMB 2,570.40 billion, up 25.17% from the end of 2024. After excluding money market funds, the total scale was RMB 1,817.855 billion, ranking No. 1 in the industry (data source: Wind; company statistics).
