Gelonghui March 27 丨 Tongfang Taide (01206.HK) announced that, effective from March 27, 2026: 1. Li Chengfu resigned as a non-executive director, Chairman of the Board, member of the Nomination Committee of the Company, member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Company, and the Company’s authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited due to adjustments in work arrangements; 2. Zhang Yanhua resigned as a non-executive director and a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Company due to adjustments in work arrangements; 3. Han Tao was appointed as a non-executive director, Chairman of the Board, member of the Nomination Committee of the Company, member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Company, and the Company’s authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Exchange; and 4. Gao Peifeng was appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Company.
