Motorola Solutions (MSI) closed Q4 with a record $15.7 billion backlog and an annual operating margin exceeding 30%, raising its 2026 revenue outlook to $12.7 billion. The company recently acquired Exacom to enhance 911 voice recording and Bell Canada’s land mobile radio network services business for CAD $675 million. Wall Street analysts and TIKR’s valuation model suggest significant upside, with a mean price target of $502 and a mid-case target of $604.26 by December 2030, driven by growth in its Software and Services segment, the Silvus unit, and strategic M&A.
