Weihai Bank's net profit in 2025 is 2.504 billion yuan, with personal loan balances decreasing by 13.61%.
Beijing Business Daily reports (Reporter Song Yitong) On March 27, Weihai Bank released its 2025 annual performance announcement. The data shows that by the end of the reporting period, the bank’s total assets reached 504.21 billion yuan, increasing by 63.057 billion yuan from the end of 2024, up 14.28%. Total deposits of all categories increased by 48.843 billion yuan from the end of 2024, up 16.64%. Total loans of all categories increased by 16.667 billion yuan from the end of 2024, up 7.92%.
For the full year of 2025, Weihai Bank achieved operating revenue of 9.918 billion yuan, year on year an increase of 0.602 billion yuan, up 6.46%; net profit of 2.504 billion yuan, year on year an increase of 0.306 billion yuan, up 13.90%; trading net loss/profit, investment net gains, and other operating income totaled 1.457 billion yuan, which is down 0.284 billion yuan from 2024, a decline of 16.30%. This was mainly due to the decline in the valuation of non-standardized assets.
In terms of loan structure, as of the end of the reporting period, Weihai Bank’s outstanding corporate loans were 171.523 billion yuan, increasing by 21.005 billion yuan from the end of 2024, up 13.96%; outstanding personal loans were 37.410 billion yuan, decreasing by 5.894 billion yuan from the end of 2024, down 13.61%; and discounted bills were 18.065 billion yuan, increasing by 1.556 billion yuan from the end of 2024, up 9.42%.
Regarding asset quality, as of the end of the reporting period, Weihai Bank’s total non-performing loans were 3.210 billion yuan, up 0.250 billion yuan from the end of 2024, an increase of 8.45%. The non-performing loan ratio remained unchanged from the end of 2024. Among them, loans in the substandard category increased by 0.18 percentage points to 0.76% compared with the end of 2024; loans in the doubtful category decreased by 0.24 percentage points to 0.46% compared with the end of 2024; and loans in the loss category increased by 0.06 percentage points to 0.19% compared with the end of 2024.
