SZSE: "Changgao Convertible Bond" temporarily suspended during trading

People's Financial News, March 30th — The Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced that the trading price of "Changgao Convertible Bond" (127113) has increased by 30% or more above the issuance price for the first time during trading. According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Convertible Corporate Bond Trading Implementation Rules" and other relevant regulations, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has temporarily suspended trading of this bond starting from 09:30:00 today and resumed trading at 14:57:00.

People Finance News March 30, Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced that during trading of “Changgao Convertible Bond” (127113), the intraday transaction price for the first time rose to an amount that reached or exceeded 30% compared with the issue price. According to the relevant provisions of the “Implementation Rules for the Trading of Convertible Corporate Bonds on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange” and others, starting at 09:30:00 today, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will implement a temporary suspension of trading for this bond, and it will resume trading at 14:57:00.
