In recent years, online live streaming has become an important channel for entrepreneurship and employment. The rapid development of new employment forms has placed higher demands on the ability level of entrepreneurship instructors. On March 24, the province’s first live-streaming version online entrepreneurship training instructor training class officially opened in Jinzhong City. Thirty backbone entrepreneurship instructors from across the province attended the training.

The training program follows the development trend of the digital economy era, promotes higher-quality and upgraded online entrepreneurship training across the province, and is undertaken by the Provincial Employment Service Bureau with the Jinzhong University Students’ Entrepreneurship Park as a co-organizer. It aims to cultivate a group of professional instructor teams that have both theoretical literacy in livestream e-commerce and practical skills, and to lay a solid foundation for online entrepreneurship training work across the province.

The training does away with the traditional single-lecture teaching model, focuses on key modules such as the underlying logic of livestream entrepreneurship, account operations, content creation, traffic conversion, and teaching demonstrations, and uses a combination of theoretical lectures, hands-on practice drills, and small-group lesson refining.

A relevant official from the Provincial Employment Service Bureau said that they will continue to strengthen the construction of the online entrepreneurship training instructor team, constantly improve the training system, innovate training models, promote the professional and standardized development of online entrepreneurship training, and further optimize entrepreneurship services—so that more workers can realize their life value amid the wave of the digital economy—injecting new momentum into ensuring stable employment and protecting jobs in our province.
