(hereinafter referred to as “Luyi Men”) released an announcement stating that the funds in the accounts of the company’s controlling subsidiaries were illegally transferred and that some bank accounts were placed under protective freezes. The announcement said that recently, the company found that the funds in the bank accounts of its controlling subsidiary, Xitu Technology Co., Ltd., were illegally transferred, with the total transferred amount reaching 100 million yuan. After the company’s investigation, it was found that the relevant individuals were suspected of misappropriating the company’s funds by taking advantage of their positions. As of the date of this announcement, the amount of funds illegally transferred from the bank accounts of the company’s controlling subsidiaries totaled 100 million yuan, and the amount of protective judicial freezing was 900 million yuan; together, the total reached 1 billion yuan, accounting for 26.54% of the company’s audited net assets for the most recent period, and 42.69% of the company’s audited cash and cash equivalents for the most recent period.

Luyi Men said the company has promptly carried out a self-check on fund security and strengthened its fund security management and control system. The company has established communication channels with the relevant parties, and is actively negotiating the return of the transferred funds, and will actively cooperate with public security authorities to handle the case investigation, so as to recover the transferred funds as soon as possible. At the same time, within the company, it will carry out accountability for personnel and internal control rectification, and strengthen all directors and senior management as well as personnel in key positions in their study of laws and regulations, improving awareness of standardized operations.
