Gelonghui March 30 | KLN (00636.HK) announced that OOI Bee Ti will retire as a non-executive director at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting scheduled to be held on May 21, 2026, and will not be re-elected upon retirement. After her retirement, she will also cease to serve as a member of the company’s audit and compliance committee; Cao Jianlin will be appointed as the company’s chief financial officer effective April 1, 2026, and will also be appointed as an executive director, a member of the company’s finance committee, and the chairman and a member of the company’s sustainable development committee with effect from the effective date; Huang Zhaolong, the company’s current chief operating officer, will be appointed as an executive director and a member of the company’s risk management committee with effect from the effective date; and Chen Yingshan, the company’s current non-executive director, will be appointed as a member of the company’s audit and compliance committee with effect from the effective date.
