The Beijing News Shell Finance reported (by reporter Tao Ye): On March 28, the Green Energy International Cooperation Seminar of the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference was held. The seminar was hosted by the People’s Government of Dongcheng District, Beijing. The seminar focuses on the deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies with wind, solar, hydro, power, hydrogen, energy storage, nuclear power, and other types of energy. It jointly explores key pathways such as online carbon emission monitoring, digital carbon management, and carbon footprint traceability, and releases the achievements in the construction of three major industrial innovation platforms.

The achievements in the construction of three major industrial innovation platforms released at the seminar site are: the launch of the Carbon Time and Space Management Innovation Center, the establishment of the AI Materials Intelligent R&D Scenario Innovation Alliance, and the unveiling of the CBAM Carbon Management Comprehensive Service Center. It is reported that the three platforms will inject core momentum into the development of the regional green energy industry from the perspectives of technology R&D, carbon management services, scenario applications, and more.

Chen Xiansen, Mayor of the People’s Government of Dongcheng District, Beijing, said on site that Dongcheng District is based on the core development model of “finance + headquarters + tech innovation,” and accurately grasps the development trend of the deep integration of energy and carbon with digital intelligence. It will build high-standard “zero-carbon smart parks” such as the Zhongguancun Yonghe Hangxing Technology Park, and steadily advance the construction of an energy internet cloud platform and a smart energy digital twin platform. With the help of high-end platforms such as the Zhongguancun Forum and the China-Nordic Sustainable Development Forum, it will promote international transfer and exchange cooperation of green technologies, and build a low-carbon application scenario system that is “perceivable, implementable, and promotable.”

At the meeting, Zhongguancun Yonghe Hangxing Technology Park was awarded the title of a future energy industry park, and Far East Technology and Culture Park was awarded the title of a digital intelligent energy industry park. According to the introduction, the two parks are located in the core cluster of green energy enterprises in Dongcheng District on Hepingli Subdistrict. Over the past five years, under the professional guidance of the Zhongguancun Dongcheng Park, they have completed upgrades and improvements to infrastructure, focusing on the layout of the future energy industry. They have already gathered a group of high-quality green energy enterprises, empower companies from multiple dimensions—including the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain—and have become a benchmark carrier for the integrated green energy service cluster in Beijing.
