Last week, Brazil soybean CNF premium and discount quotes declined slightly.

Last week, the White House announced that Trump will visit China in mid-May. The market expects our country to continue purchasing U.S. soybeans. CBOT soybean futures prices fluctuated but recovered, and Brazil soybean CNF basis spread quotes slightly declined. On March 27, the CNF basis spread quotes for Brazil’s soybean exports to our country for the May and June 2026 shipping periods were 144 cents per bushel and 145 cents per bushel, respectively, down 8–11 cents per bushel week-on-week.
