Midea (00300) Last year, revenue was 458.5 billion yuan (RMB, same below), up 12.1% year over year; net profit was 43.9 billion yuan, up 14%. The interim dividend was 3.8 yuan, up 8.6% year over year. The full-year dividend was 4.3 yuan, and the current price dividend yield was 6.2 cents.

During the period, revenue from smart home appliances business was 299.9 billion yuan, up 11.3%; commercial and industrial solutions was 122.8 billion yuan, up 17.5%. What is worth noting is that, among this, revenue from robots and automation was 31.0 billion yuan, up 8% year over year.

Midea said that its KUKA is a globally well-known robot manufacturer. Relying on industry-leading motion algorithms, it can ensure superior motion performance of its robot products throughout their entire lifecycle. Its mature design philosophy also continues to generate new products that lead the market. In 2025, KUKA Group’s revenue returned to growth, with particularly strong performance in China. In the same period, KUKA China’s revenue contribution accounted for nearly 30%.

Last year, KUKA launched a new autonomous mobile robot platform, KMP 250P, with a payload of 250 kg. It is designed to optimize internal logistics and cargo transportation, improve automation in production environments, and raise human-robot collaboration efficiency through modular design, high safety, and easy integration. It features a lightweight mobile robot body design, achieving efficient and agile movement with a compact chassis, and supports both sensing-based and contact-based dual-mode charging to meet continuous-operation needs. It can pass ESD certification and can be optionally equipped with ISO Class 5 clean protection, meeting operating standards for electrostatic-sensitive and cleanliness-sensitive scenarios such as consumer electronics and semiconductors. It is equipped with a 360-degree three-dimensional safety protection system: when people approach, it automatically detours. By combining precise obstacle recognition using front and rear 3D cameras, it provides dual assurance to safeguard production safety, with both efficiency and reliability.

Midea cites MIR Rui Industrial statistics that, in the China market, KUKA shipped more than 32,000 units last year, up by more than 30%. Its market sales share reached 9.6%, maintaining a top-three position in the industry. It has a significant advantage in the heavy-load robot sector. In the domestic market for KUKA robots with loads of 300 kg and above, the sales share is as high as 47.4%, and they are widely used in high value-added scenarios such as high-end welding for automobiles, new energy, and aerospace. In addition, KUKA has also actively helped Midea Group improve its level of intelligent manufacturing. By the end of 2025, the robot usage density of Midea had reached 670 units per 10,000 people, and it will further increase investment in the future to enhance its intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

Last year, KUKA China rolled out multiple new products and equipment and solutions. Application scenarios cover many popular industries such as automobiles, lithium batteries, photovoltaics, aerospace, electronics, logistics, and healthcare, and can flexibly respond to automation and intelligent upgrade needs across different fields.
