New World Development has sold a rooftop unit in Tower D, 26th Floor, at Cheng Bo in Kowloon City. The unit has an area of 335 square feet and was sold for HKD 8.469 million. The property offers a Lion Rock view and is located within the highly resourceful 41 Primary School Network. Cheng Bo has sold 119 units, with only one rooftop unit remaining for sale.

New World Development (00017) Yau Lau Kok Shunbo in Kowloon City sold a 1-unit rooftop featured home, located in Unit D on the 26th floor, with a practical area of 335 sq ft, a 2-room layout, and a 247 sq ft rooftop; the transaction price was HK$8.469 million, with a practical-area price of HK$25,281 per sq ft.

It is understood that the buyer is drawn to the New World brand and the rooftop featured home, enjoying a Lion Rock view. Located within the 41 Primary School Network, including the well-known traditional schools La Salle Primary School and Maryknoll Convent School (Primary Section), the buyer therefore decided to acquire the unit.

Shunbo has cumulatively sold 119 units, accounting for over 99% of all units, raising nearly HK$900 million in cash; among them, in the first round, 115 units were sold via a price list on the day and all were cleared. Currently, only the last rooftop featured home remains for sale, which is a 3-bedroom, 1-suite layout with a private rooftop.
