Will Wenke Shares' annual report be *st?
I looked at the third quarter figures from both Eastmoney and Tonghuashun, and they are both 0.42. Jisilu’s statistics are 0.58. I also calculated it myself as 0.58. If we use 0.42, then the company’s net assets in the third quarter would be 265 million, with a forecast loss of 200–300 million, and net assets might turn negative. However, the company does not give any warning about delisting risk. The financial report states that the equity attributable to owners is 370 million (I think this is net assets, but since Tonghuashun and Eastmoney both calculate the result as 0.42, I’m worried I might have miscalculated. If it really becomes *ST, then it would be over). So I want to ask everyone: is it my calculation that’s wrong, or is Tonghuashun’s that’s wrong? Will it become ST after the annual report?
