**Viewpoint News: **On March 29, New Da Zheng Property Group Co., Ltd. released an announcement regarding receiving the National Market Regulation Administration’s 《Decision on Not Proceeding with Further Review in the Antitrust Review of a Concentration of Operators》.

According to the announcement, New Da Zheng received the National Market Regulation Administration’s 《Decision on Not Proceeding with Further Review in the Antitrust Review of a Concentration of Operators》 (Anti-Enforcement No. 2 Review Decision [2026] 177) recently.

The review decision letter shows that, in accordance with Article 30 of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China, following a preliminary review, it is hereby decided that the acquisition of equity in Jiasin Liheng Facilities Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. by New Da Zheng Property Group Co., Ltd. will not be subject to further review. From today, New Da Zheng may implement the concentration. This case involves other matters beyond the antitrust review of the concentration of operators, which shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws.

New Da Zheng stated that this transaction still needs to pass approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and obtain a reply from the China Securities Regulatory Commission approving registration. Whether it can pass the above review or obtain the registration approval, as well as the timing for obtaining a series of approvals, still involves uncertainty. The company will, based on the progress of this transaction, strictly and in a timely manner fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements. Investors are kindly requested to stay abreast of the company’s subsequent announcements and be mindful of investment risks.
